In walks Tanner with this bouquet of flowers (with his Nanna of course).

Needless to say, T-E-A-R-S!
The rest of the afternoon was wonderful with me!
So, of course, I just HAD to take a picture of the flowers!

I know I'm late on this, but my heart was rejoicing with you as I just read this post! I can't believe it's already been a year for you! I know you are so thankful, and I also know that Tanner has been blessed with a great mom! Belatedly, but with much joy, "Happy Gotcha Day!!!"
