The moment I laid my eyes on him...that very First time....time really did stand still! He just looked at me with those, "who the heck are you" big brown eyes!
I reached for him, expecting him to cry as soon as I reached for him....no tears, just wonder! I kissed his cheek softly...heaven!
By the time we left, I actually got several smiles out of him! He loved his little toys that I brought with me! He has good coordination, and he mocked me a few times as I made little coos to him! I'M IN HEAVEN!!!
The Director and his Caregivers said, "he's beautiful!" and "he's an easy baby!"
