Excitement

This has been a VERY happy, exciting week! I've been practically on pins and needles waiting for updates from Tricia and Shelley about their moments meeting their boys for the very first time, etc...
Not only are they in Vietnam, but another VietMom, KellyO is leaving within the next couple of days to bring her daughter home! Goodness!! I'm practically speechless!! Ohhhhh, how I can't wait to see those little ones home...home with their Forever Families!!

I guess with the excitement and the anticipation of it all, I was psycho OCD ...once again! in a five day work-week, I managed to mow my lawn, not once, not twice, but three times!?!?! I kept telling myself, "enough is enough, kelly!" But the more the week wandered on, the more anxious I got! I HAD to find diversion! I found it *smile* Yard work, house work, nit-picking over where the milk goes in the fridge...but NO, that wasn't enough! So, one night at midnight, I sat up quickly in bed, and decided I HAD to get my 'adoption announcements' designed!! So, I laid in bed trying to figure out what it was I was going to put on the said announcements, what kind of paper I would need....and ohhhhh the picture I would use! (gonna have to wait for a BRAND NEW PICTURE!!!) That's another thing...I know I kept hearing this over and over again..."You're gonna live and die by updates and pictures, Kelly!" It's the truth! It's like fuel for my car! I need it to keep going! The same is true for pictures and updates. You need them to keep going through this journey! Hopefully this week, I'll be getting some 'fuel' to keep me going!

Tanner, Mommy is one week closer to you! Soon, I'll be able to post pictures of you and I from the moment we first 'met'...
